Robbery Suspect Sought
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Robbery that occurred recently at the Oakleaf Town Center on the City’s Westside. The pictured suspect reportedly entered an area business and acted as if he were going to purchase items. Upon approaching the store employee at the register, he reached into his backpack as if to retrieve a form of payment. Rather than presenting payment, he motioned as if he had a firearm in the bag and demanded money from the employee. The suspect took money from the drawers along with items from the store and fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Since May 21st, 2022, there have been several armed business robberies in the Arlington area. During the incidents, the pictured suspect enters the business armed with a handgun and he demands money from the register.

Attempted Armed Robbery
On Thursday, July 01, 2021, patrol officers responded to a local business in the 6400 block of 103rd Street in reference to an Attempted Armed Robbery. The pictured suspect entered the business, produced a knife, and demanded money. The employee did not comply with the demands, and the suspect was last seen fleeing the business in an unknown direction.

Attempted Armed Robbery
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an attempted armed robbery and we are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect. On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Officers responded to a reported robbery to a local business that occurred in the St. Johns Town Center area. The investigation thus far has revealed the pictured suspect entered the business and walked around as if he were going to make a purchase. As he approached the employee at the counter area, the suspect pulled a handgun from his backpack and demanded money. The employee refused to give the suspect any money and the suspect fled the business on foot.

Armed Robbery Suspects Sought
On Monday, November 16, 2020, an armed robbery was reported in the 2300 block of Cassat Avenue. Investigation thus far has revealed the pictured suspects entered a local business wearing “COVID style” facial coverings. One of the two suspects pointed a handgun at the clerk, while the second suspect gathered items from the store. Both suspects then fled the area.
The suspects were described as:
Suspect 1- Black/Male, 25-35 years old, and 5'10"-5'11" tall. Wearing a black "Nike Air" hoodie, blue jeans, and a multi-colored face covering.
Suspect 2- Black/Male, 25-35 years old, and 5'5"-5'6" tall. Wearing a gray hoodie, gray shorts, white shoes, and a camouflage face covering.

On Saturday, September 19, 2020, patrol officers responded to the area of 5500 Normandy Boulevard in reference to an armed robbery to a business. The suspects entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded merchandise from employees.

On Monday, August 5, 2019, a robbery to a business was reported in the 700 block of Edgewood Avenue. While inside the business, one of the pictured suspects took money from the cashier’s hand. The second male was observed picking him up near Edgewood and Broadway Avenues and they were last seen fleeing the area in a gray vehicle.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to a bank robbery in the 10300 block of San Jose earlier today. The investigation thus far has revealed two suspects entered the business armed with handguns. After approaching one of the tellers, they demanded money as well as personal items belonging to employees. Following the crime, both suspects fled the area, one on foot into the adjacent woods and the second in an employee’s vehicle. It was described as a 2019 Silver Infinity Q50 and was last seen traveling west on Oak Bluff Lane.
The suspects were described as: black male, 6’ and 170 pounds, wearing dark blue pants, blue long sleeve tee shirt, black gloves and a dark colored hat. The second suspect as a black male, 6’ and 170 pounds, wearing dark blue pants, grey long sleeve tee shirt, off white gloves and a light blue hat. Both suspects had a tan cloth material over their faces and had dust masks on as well.

Armed Robbery
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a reported armed robbery to an individual on the City’s Westside. The investigation thus far has revealed the pictured suspect approached the victim inside a local business and asked for money. After the victim refused, the suspect followed the victim into the restroom, produced a firearm and demanded money. The victim complied with the demands and the suspect fled the area on foot.

Bank Robbery at Wells Fargo 1031 Atlantic Blvd, Atlantic Beach
On Friday, July 27th, shortly after 10:30AM, a black male entered the Wells Fargo bank and committed a robbery. No weapon was displayed. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen running north on Aquatic Drive near Sunrise Community Church. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’6”, average build; wearing blue jeans and a dark colored t shirt, an orange vest that had “Miller Electric Company” printed on the back (which was recovered), and a baseball hat.

On Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:30 am officers responded to a reported armed robbery at the business of Jax Rose Arcade in the 1000 block of Edgewood Avenue North. Investigation revealed the suspects entered the business, approached an employee while armed with a handgun and demanded money. The suspects then fled the area in an unknown direction.

Robbery/Shooting Suspect Sought
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the pictured suspect as a result of a robbery and shooting. On Wednesday, July 25, 2018 just after 10:30 am, the pictured suspect entered the BP Gas Station in the 6800 block of Arlington Expressway. He produced a firearm that was concealed in his waistband and demanded money from an employee. The employee was compliant with the suspect’s demands, however, following the robbery the suspect shot the victim prior to fleeing the area.

Bank Robbery Suspect Sought
On Monday, May 21, 2018 at 1:05 p.m. an unknown suspect entered Vystar Credit Union located at 1700 N. Main Street. The suspect approached the teller and handed the teller a note demanding money. The suspect was given money and the unknown suspect fled in a vehicle. The vehicle was last driving south on Main Street.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at approximately 4:20 pm, patrol units responded to the 6000 block of Youngerman Circle (121 Financial Credit Union) in reference to a reported robbery. Investigation thus far has revealed the pictured suspect entered the financial institution and handed the teller a note demanding money. The teller complied with the demands and gave the suspect an undetermined amount of money. The suspect fled the area and was last seen on foot heading in a Northwest direction.
