Now it`s taking the title of an unsolved murder. Peg Rowan, surrounded by family members and Sheriff John Rutherford, announced increasing the reward to $200,000.
"I do know in my heart and soul there`s people here in Jacksonville who know where my son is," Rowan said. "I do need to find him. So please, please come forward."
